Yo, what is going on? I am heading over to the Grazley garage. [snorts] Kevin and Dutch just went on a shopping spree. They hit up a few locations and brought back 1 2 3 4 5 6 seven items and it is chaos over at the Grazley garage and I want to check it out. So, I will see you over there. I'm Mike [music] Dus and this is Pinball Shenanigans. [music] All right, let's check out this stash together for the first time. I know the majority of it. It's in the garage. Yo, are you hiding back there? All right, let's see what you got. Ah, okay. You condensed the pile. So you can actually have some space to work in here. Check this out. Got some primer on there. Yeah, that's better. That's going to look good. Looks like something. Yeah, it's coming along. Yeah, I had primer on the head and the back door. Very cool. And then looks like you uh found a solution for this front piece. Yeah, got it. Yeah, it looks great. Well, that will be one less thing in your hair soon. I'll take this home with me at some point in the near future. But, uh, here is the horde. Some of the horde. Some of the horde. Let's see what you get. There used to be two other cabinets here, but I I kind of smashed them up and in the back of my truck. Oh, no way. Really? Yeah. So, was it the uh $6 million man one? I got the $6 million man and the Hocus Pocus extra cabinet. So, oh, that got smashed. Yeah, it was garbage. Oh, was it? Okay. Kind of. They had a good coin door, so I took that off. And the rest is junk. Okay. Uh, I had a ball head, but Oh, yeah. Ben already came and got that yesterday. Oh, no [ __ ] Oh, wow. See, already thinned out three pieces of the horde. Okay. So, this is one that you got from Nick Fore. This is a full Madahari project. Oh, okay. So there is the head for that. And you already have the CPR playfield coming for this. Yep. So at some point there will be a Matahori. Matahori. Whoa. Matahari restoration. I heard she was a [laughter] And then you've got a spare Matahari cabinet and head. Yes. Okay. Um but I've already This This is pretty impressive. Wow. Oh, that's pretty amazing. That is one of the best security hacks I've ever seen in my life. I don't even know if that's security to prevent people from stealing quarters or that's just I don't know. There's a lot of uh screws very much remedy that. But this [snorts] was going to be the Mahari. Okay. Plans have changed. You had all this organized and then I had to show up. This is now. Oh, what? So now this is $6 million man. Okay. So you destroyed the old crappy $6 million man cabinet. Pop the playfield in here. Well, instead of taking it out of one cabinet, putting it in another cabinet, I'll just put it in the [ __ ] that's already cut up. Yeah, this this may be one of the most epic restorations that you'll have ever done. I mean, you've done some doozies, but you're starting off pretty rough here. Not too bad. Well, if anybody can pull it off, you certainly can. Yeah. So, and now this Matahari, what's up with this one? This is now going to be Mahari number two. Okay. You have a head over there for this as well. So, I have [snorts] enough two bodies, two playfields, two heads. Well, you uh definitely got enough stuff here to keep you busy for a while. But wait, there's more. You've got this night rider. Yep. And this is a complete machine, right? Yep. Head is over there somewhere. Yeah. So, we got a Night Rider in the queue. And then another Harlem Globe Trotters. Let's spin it around and take a look at this guy here. I mean, you've got a new playfield coming for this. So, uh, not yet. Oh, not yet. There. So, okay. Now, the the sale ones were sold out or all of CPR was sold out. All of CPR was sold out. Oh, really? Okay. So, that'll we're have to sort of wait for a play field for that unfortunately. But, okay. So, there's the heads for all this. And uh yeah, so definitely uh going to be keeping busy for the next little while. Love it. This is kind of your full-time gig for temporarily. Temporarily. Well, we'll see. Hopefully. Could be a could be a longterm thing, but I mean, when you're getting hordes like this, that's definitely helpful. And then you got a couple more things in the arcade. Yeah. All right, let's go check it out. The two NBA Fast Breaks are going to a new home. They were quite the epic restorations and they were fun to have, but there they are. They are [snorts] leaving the arcade and temporarily or at least for now in their place. We have new acquisitions. So this is Ken La Point's old shadow on a ninth floor apartment building. Ninth floor apartment building. Oh, I didn't realize that. Did he have any other machines in there or He had seven originally. He's down to three. So he had a Shadow, uh, Pinball Party, and a Rush. Oh, really? Okay. So, he had seven in his apartment. Yeah. Oh, that's amazing. You asked about the uh Simpsons pinball party. Of course. Oh, yeah. Of course you did. So, this has uh the a cool topper. Mhm. The orange alternate translate and speaker panel kit and OG color DMD LCD. Look at that. And oh, there's Ken's GC score. 1.1 billion. Yeah, with no ball save and everything set as hard as possible. Oh, really? Yeah, that guy is good. He uh he hasn't been playing much lately. I haven't seen him out at tournaments, but he was always a fierce competitor, but this is looking really good. But yeah, freaking shadow in the arcade. Whoops. Bumping into things. Got to stop doing that. Especially uh it's the NBA's right behind me, so I got to be extra cautious. Cool, man. I'm pretty uh stoked that you have this. This is uh like another Brian Eddy machine. He did like Attack from Mars, Medieval Madness. Brian Eddy had an epic run when it came to pinball design like Shadow. I love this game. I've had one and uh it's great. You said something about minimal sanctum wear and uh yeah, that looks to be the case. And there was a few other things, too, like uh mirror blades. Mhm. Custom apron cards, like the topper, and then it lights up. I think we should play a quick little game, don't you? See the weed of crime bears. Have Dutch ever played this before? And what about yourself? At Ray's house. Oh, yeah. Okay. but like with two games, right? Oh, yeah. So, extra flipper buttons on this cabinet to divert the uh Kerbas. So, technically four different paths for the ramps. And I'm going to go choose the 10 million skill shot and see if I can hit the ramp. Boom. Just like that. Oh, man. Oh, right. No ball save. Can Oh, we we put them put it back on. Oh, really? I thought it was uh still available, but apparently not. No, I want to go on the other side of the ramp now. Cuz if you get each ramp in each direction, it lights up the the ring solid. So, I got that one. So, if I get all four rings solid, then you get uh what is that called again? There is a moment. Is it vengeance? Vengeance. Yeah, vengeance. That's what it is. Oh, let's get the main multiball at least. All right, let's uh go for uh the ramp's kind of deadly, but Oh, you know what? There's no balls between locking holes, so I'm not going to go for that. Lamont. There we go. Really cool feature. I love how the ball just gets sucked back behind the brick wall there. Something's coming. There's another machine that utilized that feature recently. I'm trying to think of what it is. Okay, here we go. One more. I think Dutch said that uh Ripley's does that when you shoot. Oh yeah, Ripley's had something like that, too, actually. Oh [ __ ] Cool. I can try and get the uh vengeance now. Try and get the right ramp. There's one. Oh, I was too busy diverting the ramp. There it is. The engine. Now you just got to keep going up ramps. Divert every time you hit a ramp. Come on. One more. How much time? 14. Oh, that's quite a good time. I got to go the other way. Here we go. No. Wow. Three wave combo. Threeway combo again. Oh no. Yes. Got it. Sweet. [laughter] Oh no. Okay, I have con multiball lit in this saucer now. I really want that. I'm going to try the loop to the con shot. It would be nice to show off the battlefield, too. But take what we can get. Impressive. I haven't even started mode yet, either. I can Oh, you idiot. No. [clears throat] Oh, this game is awesome. I want to play like more games, but we don't have time for that. Oh, wait. Buy an extra ball. Wrong button. Oh man, all my hopes and dreams. Color D&D [laughter] is amazing on this. I didn't have it on mine. This is awesome. Love the soundtrack, too. Okay, now we have 1991 Williams Pitchinbat Slugfest. I checked before I came here and they only made like 1,600 of these. Oh, really? It's not very big run. And uh this is the most modernday pitch and bat that has ever been made. And uh the plans are to give this the full grazley treatment. Yeah. So, [snorts] yeah, this thing is kind of a beater right now. Yeah. Like it's super faded. The uh T- molding is faded to pink. I know. [snorts] Must have been in the sun. Yeah, looks like it. Well, this side is yellow. The other side is orange. Oh, yeah. Okay. Oh, yeah. It's a little darker. And it probably started off supposed lot darker than that. Supposed to be red. Is it supposed to be red? Okay. There's your phases of fade. Red to orange to yellow. This uh you said this panel is available. Planetary has everything in the stock. Look. I checked before I bought it. Yeah, smart. And you can get the full decal or cabinet decals and uh it's actually a pretty fun game. Yeah, they actually make massive side blades for it, too. Oh, do they really? It's all like stadium crowd and everything. That's pretty awesome. Oh, that would be cool to have all this just bare wood become part of the stadium. And if you uh get home runs and stuff, you're technically supposed to win baseball cards that shoot [snorts] out of into a little thing here. Here, I can feel the slot. Sometimes there's like a card catcher that comes with it. This is where you like store the [snorts] cards. Right. Here's the card dispenser. So, you can win baseball cards. which was a fun little feature. And uh is this working? Yep. I forget where the It's the other side is the catcher is there. Oh yeah, makes sense. Like every single time we try to [laughter] It's the only switch on the left hand side. And then you got your standard DMD in here. I don't know if it runs a standard WPC board set or not, but it does. Okay. So, I imagine some of these got scrapped just to like help fix your, you know, better WPC games. So, okay. This will be See if we can try and demonstrate. This game is way more fun as a two-player game. Absolutely. Dutch and I've been playing it every night. Oh, yeah. So, this these are the different pitches, right? It's like some of the text is missing, so you can't really see what it is, but there's like curve ball, pass ball, breaking ball, something like that. And then throw out the runner. Oh, that's also the boo button. So that's the heckle. Oh, heckle button. Yeah. And when you steal, you have [snorts] to mash both. Okay. So if you try and steal, I have to try and hit this button. Yeah. Really quick. Okay. To try to like throw me out. Okay. And then uh what that's you're swinging swinging your bat. Y. And then this is just if you want to change your batter, I think pinch hit. Pinch hit. I think it takes all the [snorts] outs out. and you get like a basically a sort of free hit. Okay. Um All right. Well, the idea is I pitch the ball with one of these buttons. Depending on which pitch I want, the ball shoots out of this flap towards the bat. Kevin's got to nail this button to knock the ball into one of these spaces either for a single, double, triple, and right up the middle is the home run. And uh oh, also this ramp here uh lifts up so the ball will like fly up that ramp into the upper deck, I believe. And um you can get some uh home runs that way. [snorts] All right, shall we? [music] [bell] It's awesome. It's got the music. You could technically color DMD this thing, too. I've seen them on like video. So, all right. So, I'm going to I don't know which pitch is which, but I'm going to try and uh get an aerial view here so can see the action. I'm going to have to almost go sideways here. Okay. Ready? No. Oh, you got a hit. Got a single out of it. Okay. Throw a different pitch. Oh, home run. All right. You got one pitch hitter left if you need. So, you try and sometimes like psych out the guy by like distracting him and then you pitch, but that didn't work. They were like trying to like I know. Yeah, I remember doing that too when I had this game. See if you telegraph. Oh, he stole the base on me. Repeatedly tap throw up button. I did. Oh, the the uh the ramp is up. Switch sides. Oh, okay. We'll just do one each and that'll be a good demo. Okay. Okay. I can't watch. Hey, [clears throat] no heckling me. Wait, I can't watch through the camera now or else it'll be delayed and I'll miss every pitch. So, I just got to hold the camera here. Okay. All right. Here we go. Oh, weak. [laughter] He's heckling me again. Heckle for good. So, here it comes. Yeah. What was that? Single. Yeah. Okay. Wait. When can I steal? Oh, cuz I got a guy on base. Oh, yeah. Lee tap throw button. I think when uh he's like starting to flash off, he's allowed to steal. Right now he can't. Oh, okay. Cuz he's lit solid. Oh, wait. What? Premature pitching and batting here. Here we go. Single. No, that's going to be Is that a foul or Okay, it's not over yet, boys and girls. Single and the ramp is up. Whoa, that must have been fast ball. Oh, I can't steal. Uh, that's only one out so far. Oh, two outs. [snorts] All right, here we go. Aw, Kevin wins 2 to one. Take me out to the ball game. Sad music. [music]
