[Music] [Applause] the fate of the Acme Factory is in your hands D welcome to the team remember at Acme we have a passion for innovation and a healthy disregard for safety [Music] regulation ooh you wcoy wabbit get back [Music] here shoot the acne crate remember recruits this is a top secret area don't tell anyone what you see [Music] here a ball for finally an earth shattering Kaboom hey everybody my name is bug I am a game designer and creative director at spooky pinball and today we're really excited to be showing you our Looney Tunes pinball machine so something new for us is that we get a lot of requests now to keep doing Saturday morning cartoons everybody loves the Nostalgia of all these shows that they grew up on and of course that really started with us after we did Scooby-Doo so what would be a better follow-up to Scooby-Doo than something like Looney Tunes which goes back even further all the way back to the 30s and 40s and 50s there's nothing really more nostalgic than Looney Tunes if you think about it like there's a reason it's called the Golden Era of Looney Tunes which is what we're showcasing in this game is because it was a golden era for animation for these characters it worked great back then and it works just as great now hey guys I'm spooky Luke and I am the chief operating officer at spooky pinball so to me that job is to make sure that we're doing everything to the highest quality that we can do for people I I want to hear what they want to see from us I want to give them the best themes we can possibly give them I want to give them the type of layouts that we they want to see I I want to make sure that those games are loaded and at a price point that our people want to want to see that's my job I get to wake up in the morning every day and I think I got the best job in the world I really do I love doing what we do to work every day with these guys and it's it's one of the most I it's a I love the team continuing our relationship with Warner Brothers has been really fantastic we absolutely love working with all the people over there and uh something that's really important to Looney Tunes of course is getting all of those characters voices in the games we we knew we were going to want all these crazy characters yelling all sorts of fun things at you while you're playing and we had an opportunity to work with this insanely insanely talented actor Eric bowza who does most all of the Looney Tunes Voice work today on anything new that you see and uh he is just an absolute insane Talent he was a pleasure to work with he is just Mr Looney Tunes there's no way we could have done this game without him over the years we have been growing so much that we've actually managed to develop multiple development teams so Looney Tunes has its own entire development team aside from all of our other games a very key member of our development team on Looney Tunes is Eric prepi who is most known for doing the code work on our Smash Hit popular game Rick and Morty what's really exciting too is not just having a Looney Tunes game that's about Looney Tunes it's about the characters in Looney Tunes being in a pinball machine they're interacting with the world of pinball in this game they know they're in a game they're in that the Acme Warehouse there's all sorts of crazy nonsense going on and to to bring the pinball element into the Looney Tunes world is it's really exciting for us as soon as you press start in this game you're entering the Acme warehouse and you get in there and Taz his completely wreaked havoc across the whole entire thing and uh bugs Daffy Marvin a bunch of other friends they are asking for your help to find their lost film footage from the Golden Era of Looney Tunes as well as collecting all these crazy Acme products items traps gadgets I could I could go on and on carrots uh Martian inventions you're you're collecting all these items in the Acme warehouse and of course after you've gotten those clips all together you and bugs and Daffy are going to go sit down in the theater and of course watch them hi I'm Luke Peters not to be confused with spooky Luke I am the co-development director here at uh spooky pinball within the factory in addition to the modes uh we also have several multiballs that do stack with our modes uh we have Anvil multiball where anvils are falling all over and you got to look out for those we also have a giant rocket multiball where W Cy is of course chasing a Road Runner um doesn't catch him ever but you can sure try to qualify mode in Looney Tunes you are going to be finding lost uh film footage shooting white Arrow shots once you have enough shots you're going to go into the Acme Vault to start an episode as players are shooting shots in the game you'll notice in the warehouse animations that a lot of these items are interacting with you like anvils Rockets uh giant punching gloves and and all these other fun Gadgets in the Acme Factory we wanted to rely on the screen to bring you into that Looney Tunes Acme Factory as much as the Playfield art does and that was made possible with our artist Brad Duke and our amazing animator Jeff Dickson who I mean there's a lot of moving parts to a factory and they made sure that this Factory on screen has a lot of moving Parts walking up to this game you're going to notice there's quite a few toys and mechanisms that we've developed that are incredibly interactive with the ball you have Taz wreaking havoc spinning around in the center of the Playfield he's going to spin obviously he spins everyone wants to see him spin spin we want to see him spin he's wreaking havoc in the factory that's what he does there's an Acme crate that you bash with the ball there's a magnet that will be interacting with that on top of that the door opens you can shoot in there it's there's all kinds of fun things we can do there that's actually another hidden scoop behind there so the ball's going to drop down to a hidden scoop and that's going to feed that left upper flipper another crazy thing you can hit the crate again from that left upper flipper everything in this game is just connected in ways that we didn't even think was possible but we just kept finding ways to tie it together bash the crates to collect various items um that you can then use to change the Playfield the crate is also used to start modes to qualify a mode you need to hit a certain number of white shots once you have enough white shots either shoot the crate or shoot the Acme uh Vault um in order to start the episode one of the things that really sticks out to me or that we wanted to get in the game right away we're talking to back alley Matt um he does all of our sculpts he does a fantastic job everything we do in these games is 100% hand sculpted it's hand painted he makes the first ones and these aren't off the-shelf Parts these aren't something that you can just find go to the toy store throw in there or anything these are all custom sculpts we spend a ton of money on these things we invest in it we really want these to be top quality sculpts we pride ourselves on it in our games we want to have mechanisms that are interactive attached to sculpts that are 100% unique to our games Marvin the Martian's a big fan favorite in our shop and so we had to of course get the Marvin rocket ship into this game you'll be helping Marvin load anvils which is the pinball but you'll be helping Marvin load anvils onto his rocket ship it it's multiple Parts it's a whole mechanism there's a really cool screw system in there so in um our Engineers were on this we're going to bring the ball in it's going to get diverted over there's a ACME screw that Acme we're going to walk the Acme screw the ball's going to walk all the way up and fall down into the scoop and get launched back out to The Flipper which Speaking of interactive physical ball locks we have a really substantial Wy coyote falling off the cliff ball lock mechanism on the backboard of this game as well and even more stuff on that same backboard you're going to shoot to the back you're going to hit you're going to go right under this really neat diverter I don't think anyone one's done a diverter quite it's very smooth to the orbit um you're going to shoot right underneath that diverter it's going to launch the ball up on that backboard you have three separate locks there and then you have this moving Chute it's motorized and uh in some of the modes you're actually going to be able to control where that shoot is to see where it drops in um so just multiple ways to interact with the mechanisms in the game we wanted to make sure each game each mechanism in the game actually interacted with the ball I wanted to see that mechanism do something with the ball that people haven't seen it do so the ball will get launched up onto that Cliff once you've locked three balls up there you'll be starting your giant rocket multiball working our way down the Playfield we have a Newton ball in there it's going to be different than a Newton ball you've seen traditionally most Newton balls is just flat you know this thing's jacked up 45° angle you're slamming the ball upwards um we have so much stuff in the game we're having trouble fitting a flat Newton ball in there so we're like I guess we're just going to go up with it so in the background of all this craziness going on in the Looney Tunes Acme Factory Wy coyote is of course still chasing the Road Runner around doing his thing so we wanted to get Wy coyote in there with with his TNT plunger he's blowing things up he's causing all sorts of Mayhem kind of in the background while all these characters are putting things back together and fixing up the factory so while we were packing this thing from top to bottom we're like well it needs under flipper shots so how about a left under flipper shot and a right under flipper shot um the left one's really sneaky flies under that ramp comes right back down the orbit to you over on the right you have Wy coyote he's sitting on his T TNT plunger super iconic everyone wants to see that you're going to shoot under that flipper we have an up poost there it's going to stop the ball you can hold the there you can let it go right away do whatever you want with it code possibilities are endless so this is the first game that spooky Luke and I have designed without an upper play field we've done some of the coolest upper playfields in pinball we we have absolutely and with Scooby especially we tried to do this gigantic upper play field we we really threw everything in it's a whole game in itself almost um but on this one we wanted to kind of just go a totally different direction and it really opened up the whole space for us to get as many shots as possible in here we're we're going to go for Speed we're going to go for combo comos we're going to go for ramps flippers flow and then we're going to build mechanisms all the way around it and on top of that we have four flippers in this game so the amount of combos flow shots sequences everything you can think of in this game is completely it's unreal a lot of these shots feed the flippers but not even just the lower flippers they're also feeding your upper flippers in some really crazy ways my personal favorite shot in the game is from the right upper flipper you can shoot the inner loop it throws it all the way around the inner loop into a scoop which shoots it all the way around the outside orbit back to that upper flipper again so you can keep comboing it to other ramps and orbits as a premise that we started with on this game is we have four ramps not a lot of games have four ramps some do nowadays not a lot of games do every single ramp is feeding a havit trail which is feeding a flipper that flipper has a shot at another ramp you can see where I'm going with that you're going to be able to shoot any ramp and set up any flipper in the game it leads to a lot of strategy too if once you figure out where all the Habit trails are feeding flippers you can set up combo shots other shots that you wouldn't have been able to hit for main flipper I mean we have orbit shops we have multiple ramps we have multiple ball locking mechanisms for one ball three balls we have sculpts that interact when you're hitting the targets beneath them we have sneaky Behind The Flipper shots we have repeatable loops we have loops that will chain to a whole new set of combos we have all sorts of just crazy mazike Contraptions going on in this layout one of the first things that we started with we have a Central Subway in there and that Subway actually has a vuk that shoots backwards around the orbit and then you're going to be able to launch three more shots from that you can have a ramp and that's a repeatable ramp it comes right back to that flipper you can hit it over and over and over if you hit the inner loop it's actually set up perfectly so that it feeds directly back into that vuk and feeds it again so one of the trends you're going to see with this game is all the shots are going to feed other shots and set up other combos which I think is something that a lot of people haven't seen from us as much in the past in this game particular we do have four buttons uh we have an extra button on the right hand side that allows you to switch between various Acme items and a classic action button on the top that allows you to activate those items and unlock unique uh you know bonuses on the Playfield kind of change the strategy around in the game the game is as absolutely loaded as we could possibly make it there is not an ounce of space in this game we did not use one thing we're guilty of we do we do not leave any space to be desired in our games we blow these things all the way from the apron to through the back of the backboard people have seen that on Multi games now from us the fast chaotic sequences that you would see in the show you will be seeing in this game on the layout itself at spooky pinball we always pride ourselves in getting the best themes but it goes beyond just getting the best theme you have to also get all of the assets and like we always do we got all of the assets here for Looney Tunes so the theme is really important the assets are really important but to really bring the player in you have to nail the theme integration which is why we spent so much time on the toys mechs and layout on this game when you are a fan of Looney tunes and you think this is what I would want to see in a Looney Tunes game we got that in here my favorite part about the game is definitely that we are using the Golden Era of Looney Tunes to me it's what I grew up on but on top of that I find it to be the funniest era of Looney Tunes it has all of the most Classic Bits of the the franchise that people think about the rabbit season duck season bit Duck Dodgers in the 24th and a half century the tortoise in the hair the what's Opera do episode the space modulator where Marvin's trying to blow up the Earth and we have episodes going Beyond just the the most well-known Classic Bits I mean we have all your favorite characters bugs Daffy Marvin Tweety Elmer Porky gossamer Sylvester one of the other things that I'm really excited about is with the size of our code team now and everything you're going to see us be able to stick on these games for years to come a lot of you that have been following along have seen that with some of our other releases we're still working on them we want every game to be as good as it can be right away at the top of the game from top to bottom we're going to walk you down you're going to have the topper you know we always include the topper it's the the crowning Jewel of our collector's edition it's going to get included we want to see people get that the next thing you're going to see is a real direct printed back glass everything that makes that Art Pop you get it in the best definition possible you're going to see that in full clarity returning as usual is our full armor set this thing is coated it's a two-part process it's beautiful it's got a metallic flake and then you're getting a clear coat over it something unique you see we even coat the coor nobody else does this we're including it we're not charging a nickel extra this is something on every single CE you're going to see and then when we get done with that we have a custom launch button custom little start button just the cool things that pull it together we custom cut all of our armor so it's laser cut Bugs Bunny right in your side rail there it's not just going to be some off the-shelf side rail you're getting a custom design every single time with ource for those of you who are familiar with our CE package we have knocker we have Shaker we have all those flipper buttons lit up they're beautiful we're putting every little thing in this game once you get inside the game you're going to see that all those habit Trails all those ramps apron display everything is powder coated to match but something we went above and beyond that we haven't done before too on top of your powdercoated coind door and your powder coated display we had Brad Duke do some super cool custom art we got magnet stickers on there so you can put those on remove them if you don't like them whatever you want but you're going to have your game covered in custom art from top to bottom all the way from the coin door to the display panel we also have lighted speaker grills in the game and funny enough you're going to see that widely cutout just smashing right through the metal on your display on top of all that we're actually going to lower the price we were able to walk the price back down on this again it's my job to make sure we hear what you guys are feeling everything's expensive nowadays I think that's really important because we've actually added more to this C package than we've ever had before we've been able to bring that price down and there's only going to be 888 of these ever made and you guys know us we've never went back on our word once when we say we're making 888 or something we're making 888 and it's done we don't do different additions we don't do extra stuff that is it before we leave you I just wanted to jump on here quick and introduce myself my name is Morgan I am the voice behind the phone phone when you call us here at spooky pinball uh I am in charge of all of the office management be that shipping Parts ordering uh sales and anything else that I can do to make you guys happy we here at spooky pinball are always revamping always looking to see what we can do better uh some of my parts in that is
