This afternoon Don from Don's Pinball Podcast took a trip to the Spooky Pinball factory in Benton, Wisconsin to pick up his personal new Scooby-Doo pinball machine. While he was there, he was awesome enough to sit down with Spooky's Bug and Luke to get an update on the company for all of us. I have posted a link to the full interview below. It's a great listen! Between that interview and Bug's Thursday night Spooky Twitch stream of its previous game Halloween, I have been able to gather a bunch of great information for everyone. Here we go... Spooky pinball is manufacturing 28 Scooby-Doo pinball machines per week. They are a little past half way done with the build as of this writing. Spooky typically begins production of its next game right around the time that it is wrapping up production on its previous one. That will be the case this time as well, unless...Spooky surprises us with another small run of say 30 more Alice Cooper Nightmare Castles or more Total Nuclear Annihilations (TNA) which Bug said might be possible during the stream. Speaking of TNA, Spooky is still producing the game. They have been building one or two per week. They have 11 left to sell out of this second 250 unit run of the game. Spooky currently has three future projects in development. They have doubled the number of parts that they produce for games in-house since COVID and that number was already at a high level.   Spooky Pinball dropped new code for Halloween this evening and has a new code coming for Scooby-Doo in the next couple of weeks. The next Scooby update contains the Scooby-Doo Character Mode. During his regular Twitch stream, Bug mentioned that both Ultraman and Halloween contain Easter Eggs that reference Scooby-Doo. I wonder if Scooby contains a hint about Spooky's next game? I know one Easter Egg that Scooby does contain... every single game that Spooky makes contains a quote from the movie Roadhouse lol. An upcoming update for Scooby-Doo will introduce Mystery Villains, including Ghost Clown and Jon Snow Ghost.  As i mentioned earlier, below is a link to the latest episode of Don's Pinball Podcast. Check out Don's fancy new theme music created by none other than Scott Danesi. Very impressive! Also, make sure to check out Bug's Twitch stream and of the new Halloween code.
